MADERA COUNTY — The Madera County Superior Court is pleased to announce the launch of kiosks that provide visitors who are fluent in English or Spanish with a map directory of the courthouse.
The kiosks (also known as ‘wayfinding kiosks’) were made available through a grant from the State of California and will help visitors pinpoint their location within the courthouse and then access internal directions to specific services, departments or divisions.
Visitors will also be able to access the location and contact information for various government agencies and services within the community, including the library, post office and nearby ATM locations.
The county hopes these kiosks will help visitors, especially those who are Spanish-speaking only, to easily navigate throughout the courthouse and find the information they need to conduct business efficiently.
