MADERA COUNTY – Following are details from the Madera County Sheriff’s Office of reports taken locally from Monday, May 6 to Sunday, May 12, 2019.
Oakhurst sex offense at school
On Monday, May 6 at 2:17 p.m. a deputy responded to the 50000 block of School Road in regards to a sexual offense call. A report was written and forwarded to detectives for follow-up.
Coarsegold assist FPD
On Monday, May 6 at 6:11 p.m. deputies responded to the 28000 block of Copper Creek Drive regarding a courtesy report for Fresno Police Department. A report was taken and forwarded to the Fresno Police Department.
Coarsegold trespassing and intoxication
On Tuesday, May 7 at 5:29 p.m. deputies responded to the 46000 block of Lucky Lane regarding a trespasser who was under the influence. The subject was arrested and booked into Madera DOC. A report was written.
North Fork domestic violence aggravated assault
On Wednesday, May 8 at 1:51 a.m. a deputy responded to a report of domestic violence in the 32000 block of Road 221. An emergency order of protection was issued and charges were requested.
Coarsegold weapons
On Wednesday, May 8 at 7:12 a.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 46000 block of Lucky Lane for a report of a theft of keys. A deputy arrived and two individuals were contacted. One of the individuals refused to cooperate with the investigation. The individual was arrested and during the search of the individual, a loaded 9mm handgun was located. The individual was cleared at the hospital and booked into the Madera County Department of Corrections.
Oakhurst warrant citation
On Wednesday, May 8 at 3:53 p.m. a deputy conducted a subject check on Junction Drive east of CA-49. The subject had a confirmed misdemeanor warrant for their arrest. Subject was cited on scene and released.
Coarsegold assault
On Wednesday, May 8 at 6:34 p.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 33000 block of Skyline Ridge Court in regards to a battery report. An investigation was completed and a report was written and forwarded to the DA’s Office for prosecution.
Oakhurst methamphetamine and probation violation
On Wednesday, May 8 at 6:48 p.m. a deputy conducted a traffic stop in the area of Junction Drive and Highway CA-49 on vehicle that had no front license plate and expired registration. The male passenger was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and on felony probation. The male was arrested and booked into Madera DOC for possession of methamphetamine and violation of probation.
Coarsegold felony child abuse
On Wednesday, May 8 at 8 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 31000 block of Cherokee Road in regards to a family disturbance. An investigation was completed and a male adult was arrested for child abuse. The male subject was booked into the Madera County Jail on felony child abuse charges. A report was completed and forwarded to the DA’s Office for prosecution.
Raymond possible domestic dispute
On Thursday, May 9 at 6:35 p.m. a deputy was dispatched to the 37000 block of Misty Ridge Road regarding a possible domestic dispute. Investigation was conducted and information was gathered for report.
