Madera County Re-Offers Unsold Parcels

MADERA – The Madera County Treasurer-Tax Collector’s office will conduct an online tax sale from July 30 to Aug. 2, at www.bid4assets.com.

This sale will be re-offering unsold parcels from the previous online tax sale conducted on May 23.

“Our annual online tax auction concluded Monday, May 23, 2016,” says Madera County Tax Collector-Treasurer Tracy Kennedy, “but unfortunately not all of our parcels offered received a minimum bid.

“Therefore we are able to reduce the minimum bid and re-offer those parcels again. This is an opportunity for any bidders that may have been interested in a parcel previously to take advantage of the reduced minimum bid.”

Interested parties can find more information on the tax sale website at www.bid4assets.com or at www.madera-county.com/treasurer.

The Tax Collector’s office is located on the 2nd floor of the County Government Center, at 200 W. 4th Street in Madera. Office hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you have any questions, please call the office at 559-675-7713 or send an email to treasurer@madera-county.com.
