Madera County Public Works Seeks Proposals for Bike Path

MADERA COUNTY — The Madera County Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consultant firms to complete the final construction documents (plans, specifications, & estimate) and provide bidding support services and construction services for the construction of a bicycle and pedestrian path on Road 225 and Road 228 in North Fork.

This report shows that the Road 225 bridge in North Fork (which the bike path would parallel) is in poor condition.

An estimated $1,112,000 in repairs are needed.
