Madera County Department of Public Health to Offer Covid Testing in Madera County Mountain Communities

MADERA COUNTY MOUNTAIN COMMUNITIES – Oct. 8, 2020 – The Madera County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) will be offering 3 more dates for mobile testing and flu vaccinations in the Madera County Mountain Communities.

Friday Oct.9 at the Mountain Christian Center from 9am to 12 noon located at 40299 Hwy. 49, Oakhurst, CA. 93644

Thursday Oct.15 at the North Fork Recreation Center from 9am to 12 noon located at 33507 Rd. 230, North Fork, CA. 93643

Thursday Oct.29 at the Coarsegold Village from 9am to 12 noon located at 35300 CA – 41, suite 104, Coarsegold, CA. 93614

The MCDPH reminds us that no symptoms, no problem, you should still get tested! In order for Madera County to lower our positivity rate we need everyone tested to offset the negative test. As I am sure you are aware, testing is key to opening up. Due to the State’s “Positivity Metric” it is imperative that we all make an effort to get tested whether we are symptomatic or not.

These mobile testing dates are our best opportunity to get tested without traveling to Madera, Mariposa, or Fresno.
