Lucille Kaye Burton passed away in the early morning hours of August 2, 2018. She was the office manager for the Sierra Senior Center in Oakhurst, Calif., for 28 years, bringing joy and helping the elderly.
Lucille was a wonderful person every day of her life. She always had a thing for gardening and she could take a pile of dirt and turn it in to a beautiful flower. She spent hours outside doing just that after she retired.
She is survived by her husband Gary Burton; her sister who she called Boopbaa and dearly loved; three adult children, Donny, Diana and Dennis; and three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Lucille never wanted anyone to fuss over things so the family will only be having a private ceremony to honor her wishes.
She will be missed by all who ever knew her and life will not be the same without her. Rest in peace, Momma, until we meet again in heaven. You will be missed until the end of time.
