OAKHURST – At the doorstep of Yosemite National Park, South Gate Brewing Company is a brewery and gastropub with farm-fresh food and incredible microbrews. Acclaimed Brewmaster Rick Boucke takes no shortcuts when it comes to creating the 13 rotating beers in their seasonal draft lineup, each one with a unique character. Locals and visitors to Yosemite and the Sierra National Forest have enjoyed “eating local” and “drinking local” at this well-loved establishment since 2013.
Now, residents of Fresno and Clovis are checking their zip code to see if their home is on the weekly delivery route. With no delivery fee and a minimum order of just six cans, local fans have something enjoyable to celebrate this fall, the laid-back vibes of South Gate Brewing Company coming to their home.
“We are getting tons of great feedback from our customers and friends,” says Casey Hawkins, owner of South Gate Brewing Company. “We’ve always dreamed of a day when we’d transport our small-batch brews around the region. Our regulars have been asking for beer delivery for years, and now it’s happening.”
“I’m stoked that more people are going to be able to enjoy these creations, especially the more exclusive beers like Tenaya Red, our sours and Hazy IPAs.” says Brewmaster Rick Boucke. “Finding the right method for bringing our beers to the valley as fresh as possible was my first priority, and I think we’ve aced it with our new delivery service of 24oz. cans! “
