Filmed in Oakhurst and featuring many local actors and extras, Bigfoot’s Wild Weekend will premiere at the MET Cinema on Sunday, June 17th, for one showing at 9PM.
Directed and produced by long time Oakhurst resident Jeff Murray, the movie stars David Novak (Days of Our Lives, General Hospital, Turbulent Skies, Super Shark) and features a dozen or so area actors and Golden Chain Theatre alumni.
The movie tells the story of a three day weekend in which various people have encounters with the creature commonly known as Bigfoot. It’s a comedy adventure with adult overtones, and although unrated, it is recommended for those 18 years and older because of minor nudity.
Tickets are only available at the door the night of the premiere, and seating is limited. Tickets are $ 10.00 each.
