OAKHURST – Lawson Studios, which recently acquired Idea Print Work, is excited to announce their new location at 40091 Enterprise Drive, Suite A, in Oakhurst, catty-corner from Oakhurst Feed and Pet Supply.
“The new location is perfect for our needs and we are excited to create a space that reflects our creativeness and artistic personalities,” said partner Heather Lawson.
You’ll enter through a bright red door with the image of a British phone booth that appears to be looking out at the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Upon entering the new Lawson Studios office you’ll be greeted by Operation Manager, Chenise Perry.
Two comfortable blue leather couches and a unique glass table create a great meeting space to go over screen printing and embroidery options. Large photo prints color the walls and add to the ambiance of the space.
“We will be planning an open house in the near future to invite the community to see the new location,” says partner Kim Lawson. “The move was a large undertaking and we are still getting settled in. We are happy to be open for business and look forward to greeting our clients in the new location.”
The new warehouse is about half the size of the old location, but fits the screen printing equipment perfectly and they expect the new layout will help to improve efficiency.
In addition to the move, there have been a few more exciting changes at Lawson Studios. Chenise Perry has been promoted to Operations Manager. Kyle Kjobech has stepped into her old shoes as the primary Screen Printer after proving himself as the Screen Printing Assistant working under the guidance of Perry for several years. Claudia Dysard has joined the team and keeps the books organized along with other tasks
The Lawson Studios team is excited about the opportunity these changes will bring and look forward to continuing to provide quality screen printing services to the mountain community.
