Important Information For Voters who are Displaced Due to the Creek Fire

MADERA  – Ballots will be mailed between October 1 and October 5 to all registered voters in Madera County. By law, ballots cannot be forwarded so If you are unable to retrieve your mail due to the Creek Fire please contact the Elections Division by phone (800-435-0509) or email (electionsinfo@maderacounty.com) to provide them with a new or updated mailing address.

Voters who are unable to retrieve their mail may also do any of the following: Beginning Oct. 1 you can go to the registrar’s office to pick up your ballot or vote in person located at Madera County Government Center, 200 W. 4th. Street, Madera. Request a remote accessible vote by mail ballot with a valid email address.

There will be two Vote Centers to vote in person for the mountain communities, Oakhurst Community Center located at 39800 Fresno Flats Rd, Oakhurst, CA 93644 starting Oct. 24th and the Foothill Church located at 45543 Rd 415, Coarsegold, CA 93614 starting Oct. 31st.

The registrars office will also offer a mobile vote center with location to be announced soon.
