PRATHER – The 23rd Annual Harvest Arts & Peace Festival is happening this weekend at Intermountain Nursery, on Saturday, Oct. 10 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s free!
This is an opportunity to spend a lovely day listening to an amazing array of musical performances, enjoying delicious food and bevs, interacting with friends and community members, and mulling over planting possibilities. With two farm stands, you can even say you got your grocery shopping done. If you’ve never been, and you’ll know this especially if you have attended, it’s a family-friendly event not to be missed.
Live music is on stage all day both days, with over 70 local artists and fine crafts booths, farm booths, community non-profits, homemade food, native and low-water-use plants, a “take-out-your-lawn” display with four different free sample landscape plans, a live raptor display, the Kern Family Farm free kid’s craft booth and more.
