Fun & Games At Bandit Town Benefits Schools

Fun and Games for Childrens Educational Foundation NF NORTH FORK — The Children’s Educational Foundation presents a night of Fun & Games for grownups at Bandit Town, USA, and all profits will benefit the Chawanakee Unified School District’s schools and programs. 21 and over can look forward to dice and card games, dinner, and prizes, along with the chance to have some fun and do some good for a great cause.

Presale tickets are available now for the event that takes place on Saturday, Sept. 17. Dinner begins at 6 p.m., followed by games from 7 – 10 p.m. Bandit Town USA is located at 55420 Road 226 in North Fork.

Tickets include dinner, the “Fun Money Buy-In,” and prizes. The dinner menu is chicken and steak Ffajitas (with grilled onions, mushrooms, bell peppers plus all the toppings), homemade salsa, corn & black bean salad, Spanish rice, pinto beans. The North Fork Women’s Club will offer their famous desserts for sale, and adults can look forward to a no-host bar with beer and wine.

Each ticket-holder will also receive a door prize ticket. The door prize is a beautiful wine basket donated by Tesoro Viejo. We will have a variety of raffle prizes available to win.  The “Fun Money Buy-In” works like this: each ticket-holder gets a card they can turn in for either $300 in game chips or 3 raffle tickets to start. They can buy more cards throughout the night for $10 each.

The suggested donation for presale tickets (through Sept. 12) is $35 for ages 21+ and $40 for ages 21+ after that date. Tables of eight can be reserved for a special advance price of $250, and will run $300 after Sept. 12.
