OAKHURST–Fresno Flats Historical Village and Park and the Oakhurst Boys & Girls Club round out their collaborations during 2021 with a Christmas Finale, to take place at the village on Saturday, December 18 from 10 am to 3 pm. The event also brings together many of the groups who have worked side-by-side with Fresno Flats during 2021.
There will be live music to fill the air, with a preview of the Golden Chain Theatre Christmas program, the Yosemite High School Choral Group and the Kamanawannaplaya Ukulele Club, along with historical readings to help celebrate Fresno Flats’ heritage.
Last minute Christmas shoppers will find treasures galore from many Mountain Artisans Market vendors, including some new participants.
If you’re looking for cuisine, Matsumoto’s Samurai Kitchen serves lunch, Mariposa-based Sierra Cider offers up its hard cider, which proved to be a big hit at Oakhurst Fall Festival. The Boys and Girls Club warms shoppers with hot cocoa, and to top it all off, there will be fresh cinnamon rolls.
For the pièce de résistance—SANTA!
Come celebrate an old-fashioned holiday season at the site of Oakhurst’s beginnings.
