Free Workshop On Preserving Food

MADERA COUNTY – Madera County Master Gardeners will host an event for home gardeners on how to plant and grow summer vegetables and preserve food, on Saturday, Feb. 15, from 10 a.m. to noon.

This free workshop is presented by Master Gardeners John Bryan and Barbara Mattice.

The workshop will be held at the Madera Community College Center, 30277 Avenue 12, Room 3A, located at the rear of the campus near the Three Sisters Demonstration Garden. There is no charge and free parking is available in Parking Lot C. No reservations are necessary.
