Family Fun Day Includes Human Foosball Tournament

O’NEALS – A Human Foosball Tournament is just one event on the schedule for Family Fun Day on Sunday, Apr. 29 from noon to 4 p.m.. A Taco truck will also be available for lunch during the event, which also features a bounce house and family-friendly games.

Hosted by Sierra Pines South Church and held at Minarets High School, the tournament is open to adults and children age 7 and older and the day of fun is free and open to all.

“Our goal is a day of fun in the sun,” says Ben Forshee, Pastor of Sierra Pines South Church. “I feel incredibly blessed that children are such a large part of our congregation. They make up almost half of our church family.”

Pastor Forshee says Family Fund Day is a day of celebration.

“We have a vibrant children’s program, with passionate people leading them. Plus, who doesn’t like Human Foosball? It’s a great way to bring everyone together for a little friendly competition.”

Fresno Fun Jump is renting organizers a giant human foosball inflatable — 35L x 20W x 7H — with room for four players on each side. It’s just like the arcade game except humans are the foosball players. There is no charge to enter the tournament, but teams of four should reserve their place while space lasts.
