Tenaya Lodge and local winery, Idle Hour Winery, invite you to a low-heels, no-tie-required event featuring a variety of small-lot wines, artisan foods and live music by local artist.
Start off with a mix and mingle event featuring wine (of course!), oyster shooters, watermelon fruit salad and smoked beef bone marrow. Then, relax and enjoy a menu perfectly paired to complement Idle Hour’s gently and traditionally made wine tasting menu, featuring the debut of a brand new vintage. This event will take place in the outdoor setting of Tenaya’s Summerdale dining area, nestled among the Sugar Pines and Incense Cedars, just a short stroll from the main lodge. Wrap up the evening with gourmet s’mores around the campfire and a final wine tasting.
Dinner features items from local artisans and ingredients so fresh you can almost taste the California sunshine, with an emphasis on sustainability and local suppliers, live entertainment, an array of handcrafted wines from Idle Hour Winery and a presentation from the winemaker herself. This is an event you won’t forget.
