Tesoro Viejo Hosts Community Open House Celebrating National ‘Community Of The Year’ Award
Tesoro Viejo is celebrating its recent recognition as the nation’s Community of the Year, by the National Association of Home Builders, with a community-wide open house on Saturday, March 25, from 11 am to 3 pm.
The event is open to the public.
The open house will include public tours of Tesoro Viejo’s 17 model homes by their three acclaimed homebuilders, as well as Hillside Elementary School, the private Ranch House Clubhouse, Camarena Health Center, and Madera County Fire Station.
Food trucks, beverages, and activities will be located at each model center and throughout the community; giveaways and prizes for the whole family include a drawing for a $500 Visa gift card, a smart TV, a virtual
reality headset, and more.
Kids can meet their favorite Super Heroes, Iron Man and Superman, and can see the mermaids at the Clubhouse pool.
Families will also have the opportunity to find their “fur-ever friend” with onsite pet adoption through the Fresno Humane Animal Society.
