Qigong, an ancient Chinese healthcare practice, can be described as a moving meditation to balance body, mind, and spirit. Qigong offers improved flexibility and balance, reduced depression and anxiety, and increased energy.
A four day Qigong Workshop is offered by Cynthia Eaton, a Bay Area Qigong Instructor who has taught Qigong at Kaiser Permanente since 1999 and in Oakhurst since 2014. Dates are Mar. 23 through Mar. 26, 2019
Fee is a sliding scale to $60.00.
The Senior Center and Cynthia ensure that scholarships are available. In return, a commitment to attend group practice and/or to support the Senior Center (e.g., donation, membership, service) would be greatly appreciated.
For registration or more information, please contact Cynthia Eaton at firstname.lastname@example.org or send a check made payable to: Marcia Kamiya-Cross
