Our pastor at Our Lady of the Sierra church in Oakhurst, Rev. Joel Davadilla, is scheduled for a kidney transplant in September after waiting for two years. He is taking a medical retirement for a year and a new pastor will replace him on September 1. We are having a yard sale this Friday and Saturday at our church parking lot for many of his belongings as he thins out his possessions. The proceeds from the sale will help him with his many new expenses in this change of his life.
