Madera County Planning Commission Meeting regarding rezoning of 2 1/2 acre parcel at corner of Victoria Lane and North Slope to allow for 34 units of apartments, two and three story structures and change the zoning designation from Residential Rural Single Family to Planned Development District. If this concerns your neighborhood, you are now given a chance to object or approve this project being built in your area. Consideration should be given to fire evacuation plan with increased traffic on Victoria Lane, and changes in traffic flow to Highway 41. Already approved is approximate 158 Units to be built on Victoria Lane and Highway 41 at the South entrance to Victoria Lane. This will change the rural scenery and limited amount of traffic we now have on Victoria Lane. Our neighborhood should come to this meeting if at all possible on August 6, 2019, to voice their opinions.
