The community of North Fork, California will be celebrating Earth Day on Saturday, April 22, 2017. Starting at 9:00 AM through 3:00 PM. This event will be celebrated at the North Fork Elementary School, and held in conjunction with the North Fork Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary’s annual BBQ lunch, which runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Eco products, local artists & crafters, food & baked goods, live music and educational information, conservation groups and the North Fork Rancheria Environmental Protection Department, and others will be on display throughout the fun filled day. There will be many jewelry, Local Art, rummage sale booths, fun activities for kids and much more.

Recycling techniques will be on display at the Earth Day event. This will be a time to socialize, network and learn from various exhibitors. A raffle will also be held during the event and local bands will play throughout the day.

This event is being sponsored by the Foundation for Resource Conservation and the North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians of California.
