This retreat includes 3 nights of camping with hot showers, all meals with farm and foraged fresh ingredients, and 4 days of Sierra Nevada ecological and foraging programming, including:

- basket weaving from gourds & pine needles

- acorn & bay nuts
- We’ll be camping together on a beautiful ranch with a sauna that’s 5 minutes from the river
