The Madera County Museum at 210 W. Yosemite Avenue in Madera will host two weeks of nighttime holiday public Open Houses from Tuesday, Dec. 9, through Saturday, Dec. 13, and from Tuesday, Dec. 16, through Saturday, Dec. 20, from 5:30 to 7:30 each night. About two-dozen museum rooms have been highly decorated with Christmas trees, lights, wreaths and more. Cookies and hot cider will be available during these nighttime viewings. Tickets will be $2 per person or $5 per family and can be purchased at the museum’s front door.
