This is the perfect time to set some self-care goals and make sure that you destress and relax. Take one hour a month for yourself, and  experience the healing properties of theCrystal Sound Bowls.Free and open to the public:

What to Bring:

If you’d like to sit/lie on the floor, bring a blanket & pillow. Floor space is limited, so arrive early! Otherwise there will be chairs. Lights don’t dim but eye masks are available for $1.
