Experience a unique culinary journey at The Elderberry House’s gourmet Pasta Class and Italian Wine Seminar. Learn the art of crafting an incredible pasta dough. From there you will learn how to make three pasta shapes – pappardelle, ravioli, and tortellini. After the pasta class we will dive into an Italian wine exploration with Erica Ruiz, resident Sommelier. The event includes an Italian inspired family-style lunch, a take-home dough and pasta shapes. Join us for an exciting day of cooking and indulging in a beautiful setting!
