In my business and as a home flipper I have frequently needed products that truly helped common household issues. Here are some of the favorites that I frequently use and recommend.
For furniture, woodwork, doors, stair railings, and other trim. If these pieces are looking tired, scratched and dull, try this product:
Howards Restor a Finish is available in many different wood tones. No sanding required. Just wipe on and remove excess.
Here is a Before & After using the Dark Walnut. It took about 15 minutes and it dries very quickly. I re-apply every year and my door looks better than all of the others in the complex.

• Eliminate Shower Tub & Tile Cleaner:
For hard water, soap residue, lime, calcium and other mineral build up on tile and glass enclosures for tubs and showers, this is the only product that I use. Best if started when the door condition is clean and then this product is used regularly.
Unfortunately this product can be difficult to find. It appears on the website that they’ve also changed the packaging and you can order it online.

• Rejunvenate Floor Restorer & Protector
I have used this product on vinyl sheet, vinyl tiles, cork and wood floors and I’m very pleased with the results.

• CJ’s Ring Away
The CJ stands for Clovis Janitorial and this is the only product that I’ve ever used that works on the toilet bowl rings created by hard water and rusty pipes. Caution it is VERY caustic and you must follow the directions carefully.

All products are good but I think Howards Restor a Finish is very much helpful for me instead of replacing all the wood furniture if it get newer look then it’s always good.
