MERCED — One of the fastest-growing real estate brokerages in the Central Valley and the foothills, Concierge Real Estate Services, Fine Homes, Ranches and Estates, will be celebrating its grand opening of a second location at 3558 G Street in Merced on Wednesday, September 25, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
In addition to celebrating the grand opening, the ‘ribbon-cutting with a kick’ event will be an opportunity to recognize and raise awareness for National Realtors’ Safety Month in September. To acknowledge Realtors’ Safety Month, Kori Smith, owner of Concierge Real Estate Service, and Dr. Leroy Westerling, a professor from University of California, Merced, will cut the ribbon with a self-defense technique.
The celebration will also include food and refreshments sourced by local businesses in Merced and Mariposa — Jantz Bakery and Butterfly Creek Winery.
The 7 Dollar Lemons, a band made up of high school students, will perform live.
A $250 gift certificate will be a prize giveaway.
“I couldn’t be more excited to open a second office in Merced for our community in the Central Valley, including our friends at the University of California, Merced, Merced College, and all the businesses. The new office is a testimony to the hard work of all our staff as we continue to grow,” said Smith. “We hope everyone can come out to officially celebrate our grand opening with us.”
Concierge Real Estate Services main office opened its doors in 2016 at the entrance to Yosemite National Park in Mariposa.
With the expansion of an office in Merced, the combined offices have a total of seven agents and a full marketing team and escrow division.
Both locations focus on large and small residential and commercial sales, vacation rental management, staging homes and home re-modeling.
“We are excited to have Concierge Real Estate Services open their first Central Valley office here in Merced,” said Manuel J. Alvarado, president & CEO of Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce.
“They have a proven record in Mariposa of partnering with agriculture and institutions of higher learning such as UC Merced and Merced College,” Alvarado added. “We are delighted to welcome them to the Valley as well as becoming a Greater Merced Chamber member. Merced is a “City on the Rise!”
“It is important to me that my staff feel safe out on the field. I encourage our real estate agents to stay safe this month and throughout the year by empowering them with self-defense techniques to reduce the risk of being targeted by predators,” said Smith, founder of Concierge Real Estate Services.
