Clay Shooting Benefits Badgers Football

COARSEGOLD – Yosemite High School supporters of the Badgers football team are invited to participate in a clay shooting competition in what is being called the 1st Annual Blast for Badgers fundraising event.

Set for Saturday, June 22, the clay shooting contest will take place at the Sun Mountain Gun Club and proceeds from the event will go to the Yosemite Football Boosters.

Registration is now open with three levels of sponsorship available, and the Boosters are seeking individuals and businesses to sponsor the event. The art of firing on special flying targets is also known as clay pigeon or clay target shooting.

Gold Sponsorship at $1,000 buys two teams of five shooters each, along with continental breakfast and lunch. Range fees will be covered, and commemorative t-shirts will be given to all team members.

The high end sponsors will also get two golf cart rentals, two Station Sponsor signs and receive a company name and logo on the main banner and t-shirts.

YHS Badgers LogoAt the Silver Sponsorship level, $500 buys one team of five shooters, continental breakfast and lunch, range fees, shirts, one golf cart rental and one Station Sponsor sign, plus the company logo on the t-shirts.

For $100, a Station Sponsor receives breakfast, lunch, paid range fees, a t-shirt and one Station Sponsor sign.

For $75 an Individual Sponsor may have breakfast, lunch, range fee and a t-shirt.

An a la carte version of sponsorship is also available, with lunch at $10, a t-shirt for $15 and a single Station Sponsor sign at $50.
