Chukchansi Employees Scheduled To Reclaim Belongings

COARSEGOLD – Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino employees have been advised they can pick up personal belongings left behind when the Casino abruptly shut down on Oct. 9, following an armed conflict between rival factions of the tribe.

A notice appeared on the Casino’s social media today, captioned, “Attention Chukchansi Gold Team Members.”

Employees were notified that they can pick up their personal belongings, from their lockers only, starting Wednesday, Oct. 22, at 9 a.m. Chukchansi employees are first asked to call dispatch at (559) 692-5292 to schedule a specific date and time.

Employees known as Team Members are required to bring their gaming license to the employee entrance at the Casino in order to retrieve belongs. Management requests that all company property in the possession of employees be returned at the same time.

Appointments to pick up personal belongings can be made as follows:

• Wednesday, October 22nd, 9 AM to 2 PM
• Thursday, October 23rd, 9 AM to 2 PM
• Friday, October 24th, 9 AM to 11 AM
• Monday, October 27th, through Friday, October 31st, 9 AM to 11 AM.

Employees are asked to call the Employee Hotline for additional information at (559) 692-5455.
