OAKHURST – Families with kids in Kindergarten through 3rd grade may want to know that the Children’s Museum of the Sierra will offer Summer Hands-On Science classes on Wednesdays, starting on June 25, and running through the end of July.
All classes are free with museum membership or admission and begin at 11 a.m. Here’s the schedule:
June 25 is Simple Machines: Wheels and Axels
July 9 is Squishy Circuits
July 16 is Energy: Chocolate Chip Cookie Mining
July 23 is Solar Energy: Pizza Box Ovens
July 30 is Simple Machines: Pulleys.
