MADERA – The “Chew on This Tour” is scheduled to make a stop at Madera’s Thompson Products Inc.(TPI), a Nutra Blend Producer, sponsor of the event.
The nationwide tour is looking to raise awareness of world hunger and other food issues. The “Chew on This Tour” is part of “The Drive to Feed the World” campaign.The Mobile Education Unit is a unique interactive road show aiming to teach visitors more about improving problems with world hunger, food safety and food quality. It also points out the hard work of farmers in the United States.
The tour plans to stop at feed mills, universities, fairs and civic events around the country. Lending his talents to the Tour as a spokesperson is actor, former NFL player and champion wrestler, Bill Goldberg.
As a video host, Bill Goldberg, will debunk myths and clear up misperceptions about food safety and technology in the challenge to feed the world. He will also answer questions about world hunger and sustainable food production.

The event will take place on Mar. 11, at 11 a.m. TPI is located at 2140 Industrial Ave., Madera, CA. The event will include a video presentation and barbeque lunch. TPI will not accepting requests for advanced interviews on this event.
