OAKHURST – Tonight from 5 to 9 p.m., meet celebrity bartenders and help finish the restoration of the Little Church on the Hill.
Roman and Laura Zabicki have graciously allowed the use of their facilities at Crab Cakes and Roaman’s Bar, where Rev. David Sebastian, Fr. Gordon Kamai and Fr. D. O. Kelley (Michael Costa), will be assisted by actual professional bartenders to raise money for Michel Costa’s Honorary Mayor campaign.
There is no cover charge, and 50 percent of bar tips and a portion of bar sales will benefit Michael’s campaign and the Little Church on the Hill. The Mayoral campaign ends on Thursday, July 10th.
Michael and the Little Church Foundation are very grateful for all your support, past and present.
“Two outside walls of the Little Church have been replaced with Hardie Board,” says Little Church Foundation Chairman Jackie Mallouf. “We are hoping to finish the last two walls before this winter. Please share this with friends in our area today. A big turn out tonight would help Michael become Honorary Mayor and raise the money we need to finish the walls.”
If you can’t make it to Roman’s Bar this evening, you are encouraged to send a contribution to The Little Church Foundation, c/o David Nemeth, Ameriprise Office, 40291 Stagecoach Road, Oakhurst 93644.
Crab Cakes is located at 49271 Golden Oak Loop in Oakhurst.
