A memorial service is planned to celebrate the life of Nash Mayer on Friday, Dec. 9. at 4 p.m. in the Yosemite High School gymnasium.
Nash was killed on Thursday, Dec. 1, while working with a tree removal crew.
“On December 1st a tragedy struck for the Mayer family of 11 leaving them without a daddy who is now with Jesus,” says family friend Rach Holden.
“He was a wonderful family man who loved his family with all his heart and did all he could to provide for them. Nash Mayer was a well respected man and was always the life of the party; his smile would warm any room he walked into.”
A GoFundMe page has been set up for the family by Rach Holden of Oakhurst.
Yosemite High is located at 50200 Road 427 (School Road) in Oakhurst.
