Celebration of Life for Ronna Linda Adler

Ronna Linda Adler was born on November 12, 1935, and passed away on October 17, 2021, in Barnsdall, Oklahoma.

Ronna was an accomplished watercolor artist, landscape contractor extraordinaire, and lifelong lover of horses. She lived in Oakhurst for 40 years until moving to her daughter’s house in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, two years ago.

Ronna was very active in the Oakhurst community as a member of Yosemite Western Artists, Mariposa Mountain Riders, The Positive Living Center, the Jewish Group, and much more. The greatest love of her life was riding horses which she did three times a week until the age of 81 years old.

She will be remembered fondly by the many people who learned horsemanship under her and on top of her wonderful horses. We are grateful for our Galloping Grandma who shared her extraordinary spirit and experiences.

Ronna is survived by her brother Alan Adler, her four children Tanny O’Haley of North Hollywood, CA, Taria Plumlee of Pawhuska, OK, Max Wilcox of Lakeside, CA, Benjamin Wilcox of Camarillo, CA; grandchildren Joshua Huff of Pacific Grove, CA, Elisha Plumlee of Fresno, CA; great-grandchildren Lynnea Deal, Miranda Deal, Felipe Huff, Josiah Huff; and great-great-grandchildren Rylee Marshall and Rauri Marshall.
