NORTH FORK – Residents of North Fork are resting a bit easier as the 920-acre Corrine Fire reaches 90 percent containment. NORTH FORK – Residents have been allowed to return home to all areas evacuated during the Corrine Fire, which is now 75 percent containment at 920 acres. There are currently 1,205 personnel assigned to the incident, with 91 engines, 38 crews, 10 water tenders, 6 dozers and 2 helicopters.

Corrine Fire Evacuations Lifted This Afternoon

NORTH FORK – Cal Fire is announcing that as of 1 p.m. today, Sunday, June 21, all evacuations for the Corrine Fire will be lifted, and residents will be allowed to return home. This includes the entire closure area on Road 222 from North Fork to Kerckoff Reservoir. All of Road 225 was reopened yesterday afternoon.
