Fatal Motorcycle Crash On Highway 41

OAKHURST – A collision between a truck and a motorcycle on Highway 41 yesterday has claimed the life of a Coarsegold man. On Tuesday, Apr. 15, at approximately 4 p.m. Michael Baize, 29, was northbound on Highway 41 on a Suzuki motorcycle just south of Road 620 at an unknown rate of speed.

Two Wanted For Robbery And Attempted Murder

MADERA COUNTY – The Madera County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Investigation Unit has identified, and is searching for two men wanted for robbery and attempted murder in Coarsegold. Robert Lee Huber, 20, of Oakhurst, and Adrian Joseph Reyes, 29, of Ahwahnee, are wanted in connection with an aggravated assault case that occurred on Apr. 2 on Konklin Road in Coarsegold.
