NORTH FORK – A vegetation fire reported at about 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, off Corrine Lake Road just south of North Fork, has grown to over 200 acres, stretching already limited resources. Evacuations have been implemented from Corrine Lake Road to the San Joaquin River. This is the fifth fire today in the mountain area.

OAKHURST – The Sky Fire has now grown to over 125 acres, and evacuations continue along Sky Ranch Road (Road 632) just north of Oakhurst. The fire was reported at 2:35 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, when a vehicle caught fire and spread into the surrounding vegetation.

MARIPOSA COUNTY – Crews were dispatched to numerous reports of a fire on Usona Road between Indian Peak Road and Boulder Ridge Road, just after 8 a.m. this morning.
