Car Hits Fence On Road 426

OAKHURST – The 25-mph corner near the Llama Ranch on Road 426 was the site of yet another accident this afternoon.

Kaitlin Phillips, 20, of Oakhurst, was westbound on Road 426 near Oak Ridge Drive at about 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Apr. 21, when, for unknown reasons, she lost control of her 1991 Mustang as she approached a sharp curve.

Skid Marks into the fencePhillips skidded off the embankment on right side of the road and crashed into a wooden fence. She was not injured in the accident, and no other vehicles were involved.

There was minor damage to both the car and the fence, and traffic was stopped briefly while Doc’s Towing hauled the Mustang back onto the roadway.
