BASS LAKE — It’s not just big kids who want to celebrate the new year — families may be looking for a way to make the day and night special for everyone. The Pines Resort is hosting a New Year’s Eve Magic Show at Ducey’s Bar & Grill on Sunday, Dec. 31, with two shows by Kenny B.
The cost to attend is $10 per child, which includes a meal from the kids’ menu, along with a soft drink and the show. The first show is at 1 p.m. and the second show is at 4 p.m. Please allow two hours for each show.
Guests are asked to RSVP with the number of children and adults, so staff at The Pines knows how how many will attend.
While we’re on the subject, Ducey’s on the Lake is hosting a lavish, four-course New Year’s Eve Dinner. Meal includes your choice of appetizer, salad or soup, entree and dessert. Service is from 4 – 10 p.m. and the cost is $75 per person. Those who choose this option are also invited to attend the New Year’s Eve Winter Wonderland party in the Lakeview Room at no additional charge.
There’s also a limited seating, three-course dinner available from 4 – 6 p.m. The cost is $35 per person.
For all seatings, reservations are required.
Yet another option is to ring in the new year at the Bass Lake Winter Wonderland Party with fireworks. All ages are welcome to enjoy the event with parent or guardian, which also features live music by Damages Goods. Party favors, snacks, photo booth add to the entertainment. That’s from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. in the Lakeview Room Conference Center.
The cost is $15 per person 12+ and $10 per person age 4 – 12. The cover charge includes all the party favors, snacks, photo booths, a champagne toast at midnight, and a front row view to fireworks over the lake. The Cedar Room will be open for children’s crafts and activities and children must be accompanied by parent or guardian at all times.
Please note, entry to the Lakeview Room New Year’s Eve Party is free with the purchase of the four course dinner at Ducey’s (and for children 3 and under). New this year? A Mocktail bar.
