MOUNTAIN AREA — A young man reported missing from Stanislaus County is the subject of a missing person search, and information has led authorities to believe he may be in the Madera County foothills.
Skyler Riggins-Willey, 16, is missing from Turlock and was reportedly last seen on Sunday, Nov. 14. Skyler is a white male with black hair and brown eyes, six-feet tall and weighing approximately 280-pounds.
Authorities say the youth is believed to be in the Oakhurst/Ahwahnee area.
