Bomb Squad Detonates Dynamite

MARIPOSA COUNTY – The Merced Police Department Bomb Unit was called to a scene in the Pendola Gardens area on Thursday, Mar. 13, when law enforcement received a report from a citizen about a box of possible explosive materials. The report was made at approximatly 8:45 a.m. Thursday morning, and the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office responded to investigate.
