NORTH FORK – It’s time for auditions for the Squirrel Cage Theatre Co.’s annual Fall Follies.
This year’s show will includes various musical acts and the melodrama “Alaska or The Secret of Yonder Mountain,” written by Robert Fulton Kennedy.
Auditions are being held at the North Fork Studio (the building next to the North Fork Library) on Sunday, Aug. 26, at 1 p.m., and again on Monday, Aug. 27, at 6:30 p.m.
There are speaking parts for three men and three women and various non-speaking parts as well.
If you are not interested in being on stage but would like to help with the Follies in any other way, please come to the auditions or call Sue and David Novell 559-877-2129 for more information. You can be part of the show by participating backstage, with sets and design, setting up or helping with dinner.
The show will be presented over two weekends – Friday and Saturday, Oct. 19 and 20, and again on Oct. 26 and 27.
