Ask The Developer About Proposed Oakhurst Conference Center

OAKHURST – Eastern Madera County could be the site of a new Conference Center and Team Building facility in Oakhurst if the Board of Supervisors agrees to a TOT rebate to the developers, Yosemite Resort, LLC.

Gautam Patel, who heads up the project, will be at the visitor center (Visit Yosemite/Madera County) in Oakhurst at 40343 Highway 41 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 15, to answer any and all questions regarding the proposed facility.

Presentations will start on the hour, every hour. The public is encouraged to stop in and learn more about the project and ask questions directly to the developer.

There will also be a public hearing on the project at an “On the Road” Board of Supervisors meeting at the Oakhurst Community Center on Tuesday, Oct. 16, from 5 to 7 p.m.
