MADERA COUNTY – The Madera County Arts Council (MCAC) is pleased to announce the 2015 Dia de Los Muertos inaugural activities for our communities.
This generous grant was provided to MCAC by Arte Americas of Fresno. Arte Americas re-granted monies designated by the James Irvine Foundation and California Arts Council to encourage new and local impact opportunities.
Madera was one of three counties selected by Arte, along with Visalia and Sanger, to initiate Dia de Los Muertos traditional activities county wide. These activities educate and incorporate historical, cultural and artistic traditions cross generational and culturally. JOIN US!
