MADERA COUNTY – Allison Waterman, who was arrested on June 26 on arson charges, was taken into custody once again on June 29.
Waterman, 46, was arrested along with her husband Ken Jackson, 40, in connection with a string of suspicious fires in the Yosemite Lakes Park area over the past several weeks.
Her bond was set at $25,000, and she was released the same day she was taken into custody.
Waterman was re-arrested on Saturday morning, and is being charged with one count of arson, and one count of conspiracy to commit a crime. She is being held on $500,000 bond, $250,000 for each count.
Jackson is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, July 2, for a pre-preliminary hearing and bail review. It is not known at this time when Waterman’s hearing will be held, or why she was re-arrested.
