ApCal Rock’n Ranch Hosts 2nd Annual Pet Adoption Festival

Building on the massive success of an inaugural year that raised over $4,500 for local animal shelters and rescues, ApCal Rock’n Ranch is thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual Pet Adoption Event. On Sunday, May 3, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the Ranch will transform into the Central Valley’s ultimate community hub, connecting 15 shelters and rescues with loving families.

Family Fun, Elite Demonstrations & Local Eats
This isn’t just an adoption fair—it’s a full-scale festival designed for a great cause. Highlights include:

Heroic K-9 Units: Watch local Police & Sheriff Department K-9 units perform high-intensity professional training and “take down” demonstrations.

Expert Training: Local dog trainers will be on-site to provide tips and live demonstrations on how to help your pets become well-behaved members of the family.

The “Street Eats” Experience: Grab a bite from Fresno Street Eats food trucks, or indulge in ApCal Kettle Corn, mini-donuts, root beer floats, and the latest “Dirty Soda” trends. A full bar will also be available for adult guests.

The Big Raffle: Guests can win an amazing array of items by participating in the event raffle, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the participating rescues.

ApCal is calling on the community to help make 2026 even bigger than last year!

Pet Service Providers: Veterinarians, groomers, boarders, and boutiques are invited to reserve booth space for a small fee to showcase their services.

Sponsorships: Sponsors receive premium placement, inclusion in all regional advertising, and exclusive ApCal Rock’n Ranch gear.

Volunteers: “The more people we have involved, the bigger the benefit for these animals,” says the ApCal team. Active volunteers are needed to help with event operations and logistics.

Important Attendee Information

Cost: Admission is FREE. However, donations are encouraged at the gate. Every dollar collected is divided equally among the participating shelters.

Pet Policy: To ensure the safety of the animals up for adoption and to prevent the transfer of disease, attendees are strictly prohibited from bringing their own pets to the event.

Impact: Last year’s $4,500 donation provided a vital lifeline for local rescues. The goal for 2026 is to shatter that record through gate donations and raffle sales.
