MOUNTAIN AREA — Want to listen to your news for a minute, instead of reading it?
For the past year, Sierra News Online has been working in collaboration with KRYZ Community Radio in Mariposa, to provide a regular broadcast of local news and information important to the communities of the Central Sierra.
The show is called Across the Bridge, and it airs on KRYZ three times a day, four-to-five days each week. It’s hosted by SNO’s Managing Editor, Kellie Flanagan, with KRYZ’s Ron Iudice or SNO’s Claudia Chavez running the board. The segment generally runs about ten minutes and frequently includes a guest contributor. Today’s installment includes Jeanne Ann Pine, Program Coordinator at KRYZ.
