Update to the Learn & Burn Field Day 12.9.2024

The weather for later this week looks potentially rainy and unsettled. Based on this, we anticipate moving our planned Learn & Burn prescribed fire day on December 15th, 2024, to a later date. Currently, we are considering Friday, December 20th, 2024, or Saturday, December 21st, 2024. If the storm fizzles out or brings precipitation early in the week and not later, we will still plan to burn on Sunday, December 15th, 2024.

The classroom portion of the Learn and Burn will still take place on Saturday, December 14th, 2024, rain or shine.
