Youth Grants Available From Coarsegold Rodeo Association

COARSEGOLD – The Coarsegold Rodeo Association has announced the availability of grant applications for donation or funding, open to any local nonprofit youth group or individual.

“Every year we accept grant applications from any Eastern Madera County youth for their 4-H animals and FFA animals,” explained Jill Satterfield, vice president of the Coarsegold Rodeo Association. “We will accept the grant applications for any reason a child may need the money.”

The delightfully simple grant application is currently posted on the organization’s website and must be received by Thursday, Aug. 19.

Questions on the application include “how did you hear about our donation process for Eastern Madera County youth?” and “have you or a family member contributed to the Coarsegold Rodeo in terms of service/volunteer duties?”

Additionally, applicants are asked to state the amount of money they are requesting, with the paperwork suggesting that typical grants range from $25 – $100.

Anyone with questions is encouraged to contact Pat Strimling at (559) 683-5149.
