COARSEGOLD — District 5 Supervisor Tom Wheeler will host a Town Hall meeting on Tuesday Mar. 27, at the Blue Heron, 30250 Yosemite Springs Parkway in Yosemite Lakes Park from 6 to 8 p.m.
Residents are encouraged to attend and learn more about the new Voters Choice Act during a presentation by Rebecca Martinez, Madera County Clerk-Recorder.
Dylan Stone, Regional Planner for the Madera County Transportation Commission will discuss the 2018 Regional Transportation Plan and Sustainable Communities Strategy.
There will be updates from Cal Fire Battalion Chief Troy Cheek, CHP Commander Craig Hinch, Director of Community and Economic Development Matt Treber, Environmental Health Deputy Director Dexter Marr, and Director of Programs at Camarena Health Nichole Mosqueda.
As always, there will be time for questions and answers following the presentations, and an opportunity for the public to address issues of importance in Eastern Madera County.
